Responsibilities:


  • Drive sales growth through proactive identification and outreach to potential clients, encompassing telemarketing and door-to-door sales.
  • Develop and execute novel strategies to establish and nurture customer relationships.
  • Analyze and evaluate sales performance across diverse strategies, quotes, and plans to assess effectiveness.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, scientific conferences, and meetings.
  • Engage in key client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Expand the existing customer base by delivering excellent customer service and aiding in issue resolution.
  • Supervise Company advertising and promotional activities encompassing print, online, electronic media, and direct mail.
  • Contribute to the achievement of satisfactory profit/loss ratios and market shares as per industry trends and standards.
  • Monitor and analyze competitor products, sales, and marketing undertakings.
  • Maintain a consistent corporate image through all product lines, promotional materials, and events.
  • Compile periodic sales reports detailing sales volume, potential sales, and proposed client base expansion areas.


Requirements:


  • A Bachelor's degree (BS or BA), preferably in life sciences, business, or marketing.
  • Flexibility for travel to cater to team needs and diverse sales territories.
  • 2-5 years of experience in life sciences sales.


Additional Assets:


  • 2-5 years of experience in academia, pharmaceuticals, and biotech sales.
  • 1+ years of biomedical research lab experience.
