- Customer Support and Training:
- Provide pre-and post-sales technical support to customers, helping them optimize product usage and troubleshoot issues.
- Conduct on-site and remote product demonstrations and training sessions to ensure customers can effectively use our products and technology.
- Product Expertise:
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, their applications, and competitive offerings.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements to offer expert insights to customers.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to understand customer needs and provide input on product development and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with research and development teams to provide valuable feedback for product improvement.
- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including technical guides, application notes, and troubleshooting resources for customers.
- Feedback and Reporting:
- Gather customer feedback and report insights on product performance and usability.
- Track and report on customer interactions, product issues, and resolutions.
- A Ph.D. or Master's degree in a life sciences field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related discipline).
- Proven experience in a similar role or related laboratory work.
- Strong technical and analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.
