As a Paralegal, you will play a vital role in providing essential assistance to attorneys and helping clients navigate the legal process.
Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in all stages of personal injury litigation, from case inception to resolution.
- Conduct thorough legal research and gather relevant case information.
- Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
- Manage and organize case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed about case developments.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, hearings, and court appearances.
- Assist in the preparation for trial, including organizing exhibits, witnesses, and trial binders.
- Collaborate with attorneys and team members to ensure smooth case progression.
- Provide exceptional client service and support, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and/or completion of a paralegal program.
- Proven experience as a paralegal in personal injury law.
- Proficiency in legal research and document drafting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
