Responsibilities:
  1. Lead Generation:
    • Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and qualify potential customers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media.
  2. Market Research:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market changes to effectively position our products/services during outreach.
  3. Qualification and Discovery:
    • Engage with prospective clients to understand their business needs and challenges, qualifying leads and scheduling appointments for the sales team.
  4. Database Management:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system, ensuring a comprehensive and organized database.
  5. Collaboration with Sales Team:
    • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads, providing detailed information for effective follow-up.
  6. Reporting and Analysis:
    • Generate regular reports on key performance indicators, outlining successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
  7. Continuous Learning:

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or in a similar role.
