We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and expand market presence within the concierge and executive medical clinic sector. This strategic role is responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with high-end medical practices, boutique healthcare facilities, and executive health programs globally. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to open new sales channels, refine go-to-market strategies, and position advanced diagnostic solutions as essential tools in preventative and precision medicine.
This role requires collaboration across product, operations, clinical, and science teams to ensure a seamless client experience and sustained business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue & Sales Strategy
- Develop and execute high-impact strategic sales plans to meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals.
- Identify, target, and secure C-suite relationships with medical directors, practice owners, and decision-makers at concierge clinics.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and comprehensive CRM documentation.
Collaboration & Leadership
- Partner with clinical and operations teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing client satisfaction.
- Mentor junior sales team members, sharing insights, best practices, and sector knowledge to elevate overall team performance.
- Provide actionable product feedback to cross-functional teams to refine offerings and enhance market fit.
Sector Expertise & Thought Leadership
- Bring established relationships and sector knowledge in concierge medicine, executive health, and boutique healthcare facilities.
- Apply advanced knowledge of diagnostic testing workflows, clinical laboratory operations, and preventative healthcare solutions to educate and influence clients.
- Advise clients on the business, operational, and clinical implications of adopting novel diagnostic technologies.
Learning & Development
- Develop a deep understanding of healthcare economics, reimbursement frameworks, and regulatory landscapes.
- Stay current on emerging trends in medical diagnostics, precision medicine, and preventative healthcare.
- Gain insight into product development pipelines and scientific advancements driving clinical innovation.
Qualifications
- Proven success in medical diagnostics, medical device, or life sciences sales, preferably within a startup or high-growth environment.
- Strong network and track record within the concierge medicine or executive health sector.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to translate complex scientific concepts into clear business value for clients.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to mentor and inspire teams.
- Willingness to travel as needed (typically 2–3 days per month, or based on sales approach).
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $100,000 – $130,000 annually
- On-target earnings with commission: $200,000 – $400,000
