Senior/Staff/Principal Software Engineer – AI & Infrastructure Systems (Founding Team)

We’re partnering with a well-funded, early-stage startup building a next-generation AI platform for real estate professionals. The platform automates end-to-end workflows—from contract creation and eSignatures to payments, compliance, and deal tracking. Backed by $6M in funding and a top-tier investor network, the team is now expanding its engineering leadership to design scalable AI and infrastructure systems.

🧠 The Opportunity
We’re looking for 1–3 Senior/Staff/Principal Engineers to work directly with the CTO and CEO to build the AI and infrastructure platform from scratch. This is a rare opportunity to shape product architecture, influence engineering culture, and have real ownership over AI-powered systems at a critical inflection point.

🔧 What You’ll Do

Design, develop, and launch AI/ML infrastructure and workflow automation features across the stack using modern frameworks.
Collaborate on architecture, system design, and long-term scalability of AI pipelines and real-time ML services.
Establish and manage CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and dev tooling for AI and backend systems.
Contribute to defining engineering best practices, internal tooling, and team rituals.
Make technical decisions that will shape the trajectory of the company and platform.

💡 What We’re Looking For

8+ years of professional software engineering experience, including AI/ML or infrastructure systems.
Expertise in React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, with integration of AI/ML services.
Experience with or exposure to Supabase, Vercel, and modern tools like Cursor IDE.
Strong understanding of SaaS architecture, high-throughput pipelines, and payment/workflow systems.
Comfortable in zero-to-one environments with high ambiguity and technical challenges.
Bonus: Experience in proptech, fintech, AI/ML infrastructure, or compliance platforms.
Must be U.S.-based (remote-first, with hubs in Miami, NYC, SF, or LA preferred).
