Senior/Staff/Principal Software Engineer – AI & Infrastructure Systems

About the Opportunity
Our client is building a next-generation AI platform that powers end-to-end workflows for real estate professionals—automating everything from contract creation and eSignatures to payments, compliance, and deal tracking. They are looking for senior engineers who thrive on solving challenging problems at the intersection of AI, machine learning, and scalable infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable, high-throughput systems for AI-powered workflow automation.
Build and optimize ML feature computation platforms, real-time pipelines, and production-grade services.
Collaborate with product, AI, and data teams to solve complex, real-world problems.
Ensure systems are reliable, compliant, and maintainable under high operational demands.
Contribute to internal or open-source tools to accelerate AI and data workflows.
Mentor engineers and help shape architecture and technical strategy across the team.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a senior, staff, or principal engineer building large-scale AI, ML, or data infrastructure systems.
Strong expertise in Python, Java, or Scala; experience with distributed systems frameworks (Flink, Spark, Hadoop, etc.).
Experience designing low-latency, high-throughput systems that scale reliably.
Familiarity with ML feature computation, real-time serving, or workflow automation systems.
Open-source contributions are a plus.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to tackle ambiguous, high-impact technical challenges.

Preferred Background

Experience at high-growth tech companies or startups building production-grade ML infrastructure or workflow automation platforms.
Track record designing systems that support compliance, payments, or complex workflows.
Strong mentoring and technical leadership experience.
