Sr. Sales Executive – Eastern Canada
Location: Toronto, ON or Montreal, QC (Remote within driving distance)
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: CAD $55,000 – $70,000 DOE + commission

This is a hands-on sales leadership role where you’ll build strong customer relationships, expand territory reach, and contribute directly to the company’s growth in a dynamic, innovative environment.

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead sales efforts across Eastern Canada, developing and expanding relationships with key customers.
  • Drive territory growth through in-person visits, presentations, calls, and emails in English and French.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, technical support, and product development teams to deliver exceptional customer solutions.
  • Represent the company at tradeshows, networking events, and association meetings.
  • Travel within the territory 50–60% of the time, connecting with customers and building your network.
  • Take ownership of initiatives and contribute to broader business goals.

Who You Are:
  • Bilingual in English and Canadian French.
  • Bachelor’s degree in biology, biochemistry, or a related field (Master’s a plus).
  • 2+ years of bioindustry experience with recombinant proteins or related products.
  • 1+ years of sales or customer-facing experience in life sciences.
  • Reside within ~40 minutes of Toronto, ON or Montreal, QC.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
