    About the Opportunity

Recruits Lab is partnering with a fast-growing cybersecurity and agentic AI risk management company that is building a new approach to helping Managed Service Providers (MSPs) demonstrate and strengthen cyber resilience.

The company works closely with MSPs, insurance brokers, carriers, and small and mid-market businesses to connect cybersecurity standards, risk management, certification, warranties, and cyber insurance.

As its network of MSP partners expands, the company is hiring a Manager, Partner Enablement & Success to work directly with the CEO and help build and scale its Partner Success function.

This is a highly visible, market-facing position for someone who combines strong commercial instincts, operational discipline, and the ability to build trusted relationships with MSP owners and operators.

    What You'll Do

    • Partner directly with the CEO to develop and co-lead the company's Partner Success function.
    • Create and improve MSP onboarding, training, enablement materials, partner events, and ongoing engagement programs.
    • Own the post-certification partner lifecycle, including onboarding, partner health, renewals, retention, and expansion.
    • Develop strong 1:1 relationships with MSP partners to increase engagement and identify potential churn risks early.
    • Manage CRM data, renewal calendars, partner engagement cadences, and partner health tracking as the organization scales.
    • Become a subject-matter expert on the company's certification program, cyber warranty offering, and cyber insurance referral model.
    • Explain complex cybersecurity, insurance, and risk-management concepts to MSP partners in clear, practical language.
    • Serve as a primary point of contact for partner questions and independently determine when issues should be resolved directly or escalated.
    • Identify opportunities for partners to expand into additional certification tiers, products, or services.
    • Accompany company leadership to selected MSP meetings, industry events, and channel conferences.
    • Help build repeatable Partner Success processes suitable for a rapidly growing early-stage company.

    What We're Looking For

Candidates should have 3–6 years of total professional experience, including at least 1–2 years directly owning commercial client, account, or partner relationships involving cyber risk.

    Must-Have Experience

    • Experience within MSPs, managed security services, cybersecurity, cyber insurance, and/or Technology E&O insurance.
    • Direct ownership of customer, account, partner, or commercial relationships.
    • Experience working in an early-stage or startup environment, ideally pre-Series A.
    • Strong understanding of how MSPs operate and deliver managed services to customers.
    • Ability to comfortably lead conversations with MSP owners, executives, and operators.
    • Strong organizational skills and experience maintaining CRM systems, renewal tracking, account cadences, or similar commercial processes.
    • Ability to understand technical products and translate their value into straightforward business language.
    • Comfortable working independently and exercising judgment without requiring extensive structure or supervision.
    • Willingness to travel regularly and spend significant time directly with partners.
    • Comfortable wearing multiple hats within a lean, highly collaborative organization.

    What Success Looks Like

You can independently assess whether partners understand the company's offering, identify gaps in engagement or adoption, and develop practical solutions to improve partner success.

You build scalable systems rather than relying on manual follow-up.

You become a trusted resource to MSP owners and operators while understanding when an issue requires executive involvement.

You can confidently explain how cybersecurity certification, warranties, cyber insurance relationships, and broader risk-management services create value for MSPs and their customers.

    Compensation

The company offers a competitive compensation package based on experience and the depth of the candidate's cybersecurity, MSP, insurance, and commercial background.

    The package includes:

    • Competitive base salary
    • Performance-based variable compensation
    • Comprehensive employee benefits
    • Support for relevant professional certifications and continuing education
    • Equity participation with meaningful long-term upside

Equity grants are subject to vesting and board approval. Specific compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.

    Why Join

This is an opportunity to join an early-stage company at an important point in its growth and work directly with the CEO to help build a function that will become increasingly important as the company's partner ecosystem expands.

You'll have significant ownership, direct exposure to MSP executives and industry partners, and the opportunity to shape how a growing cybersecurity company approaches partner enablement, retention, and expansion.
