Recruits Lab is recruiting experienced Software Engineers for an innovative technology organization advancing AI-assisted software development.

We're seeking strong hands-on engineers who use modern AI coding tools to design, build, test, and deploy reliable, production-quality applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications.
• Use AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate development.
• Build APIs, backend services, and integrations.
• Review, test, and optimize AI-generated code.
• Implement automated testing, CI/CD, and engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong programming experience in Python, Java, Go, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Proven experience building production applications.
• Familiarity with Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI coding tools.
• Experience with APIs, databases, automated testing, and Git.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI-assisted development workflows.
• Familiarity with LLMs, agentic AI, or automation.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Background in SaaS, fintech, or high-growth technology.
