    Software Verification & Validation (V&V) Engineer

    Recruits Lab is partnering with an innovative technology organization seeking experienced Software Verification & Validation Engineers to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of modern software systems.


    We're looking for hands-on engineers with strong programming skills, automation expertise, and a passion for delivering production-quality software.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Design and implement comprehensive software testing and validation strategies.
    • Develop automated testing frameworks and test suites.
    • Perform functional, integration, regression, API, and performance testing.
    • Validate software functionality against technical requirements.
    • Identify, troubleshoot, and document software defects.
    • Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
    • Collaborate closely with software engineers to improve application quality.
    • Evaluate testing approaches for AI-assisted software development.


    Required Qualifications

    • 3+ years of professional experience in software testing, SDET, QA automation, or software verification and validation.
    • Strong programming skills in Python, Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
    • Experience building and maintaining automated testing frameworks.
    • Hands-on experience with Pytest, Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or comparable frameworks.
    • Experience testing APIs, backend services, and distributed applications.
    • Knowledge of CI/CD, Git, and modern software development practices.
    • Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.


    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience testing AI-powered applications or AI-generated software.
    • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
    • Experience with performance, security, or reliability testing.
    • Background in SaaS, fintech, or high-growth technology.
    • Experience working in agile engineering environments.
